The family came to the courthouse from their house in Suruç despite the court house is closed in the weekends and started the sit in.  Support visits to the family continue. The IHD Headquarters delegation, including Human Rights Association (İHD) Co-Chair Öztürk Türkdoğan, and the accompanying regional representatives visited the family. The mother and her son welcomed the delegation.   Ferit Şenyaşar, who gave information to the delegation about what happened on the day of the attack and after that day, said that the struggle for justice continues "under persecution". Şenyaşar stated that 12 investigations were launched against his mother, Emine Şenyaşar, on the grounds that she "insulted" a public officials, and added: "3 of them turned into lawsuits. There has been no development yet regarding those who committed that crime against humanity in the hospital." Şenyaşar stated that there were public employees including a minister, governor and district governor in Suruç State Hospital, where the massacre took place, and added: “Everyone says, 'It is not our business' when it comes to the attack carried out at the hospital. The perpetrators of the massacre take courage from this policy of impunity and apply pressure on the people. They say, 'If you oppose us, you will end up like the Şenyaşar family."    'THIS COUNTRY HAS LOST ITS MOST BASIC VALUES'   Expressing that he is closely following the unlawfulness the Şenyaşar family was subjected to, İHD Co-chair Öztürk Türkdoğan said: "You have visited us in Ankara. We wanted to visit you with our headquarters and our represantatives. Your resistance is very important. We have learned that the struggle of mothers is sacred and outstanding. We stand with you. If people are staging sit ins for justice in a country, that country has lost its most basic values. What kind of a society can we be in a country that lacks peace, equality, freedom and justice? Those who are in the government should consider that. We salute your resistance. You have to take care of your health. I think the days we achieve justice is close. Sooner or later, justice will be served."   Ferit Şenyaşar thanked the delegation for their support and said: "Seeing you here gives us strength. We take our strength from the honourable people that supports us." And then Emine Şenyaşar told about the day of the massacre to the delegation in tears.   The delegation sat with the family for a while then left.
