The sit-in was launched on  March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018.  Emine and Ferit Şenyaşar came to the Urfa Courthouse, 42 kilometers away from their house in Suruç and started the sit-in for the day. The family, who came to the Urfa Courthouse from their house in Suruç in the morning, informs those who enter the courthouse about the case.   'OUR STRUGGLE WILL CONTINUE'   The family tagged the Twitter account of the Ministry of Justice and said: "We have no more words to say about justice but our struggle and our patience lives on. We will continue to demand justice in front of the Urfa Courthouse, until we get justice. It is an honor to resign if you cannot provide justice."
