State of Emergency declared in North and East Syria to confront Turkish attacks 2022-07-06 17:06:13   NEWS CENTER - On Wednesday, the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria declared a state of public emergency in its regions to confront Turkish threats. The General Council of AANES issued a decision No. 8, in which it declared a state of public emergency in the regions of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria. The text of the decision stated: Based on the provisions of the Basic Charter in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, the General Council held special session on Wednesday, the sixth of July of the year 2022, and decided : 1- Declaring a state of public emergency in areas of North and East Syria 2- Informing all councils, bodies, committees and institutions in AANES to prepare contingency plans to confront threats and challenges 3- Put all capabilities to protect the people from any aggressive attack on the areas of the Autonomous Administration and North and East Syria, and the Executive Council and the Executive Councils in the Autonomous and Civil Administrations should give priority to confront these threats.
