Raid on Jin Art Huner and TUHAYDER in Izmir

	İZMİR - Jin Art Huner and EGE-TUHAYDER buildings were raided in İzmir.

	 

	Many houses were raided by the Aegean Association for Assistance with Families of Prisoners and Convicts (EGE-TUHAYDER) and Jin Art Huner (JINART) in the Konak district of Izmir. During the raids, EGE-TUHAYDER Cochair Nilay Güleser, Avesta Language and Cultural Research Association (Avesta) Cochair Ali Yalçınkaya, Derya Kandemir, Neriman Birlikte and Dilaver Keklik were detained.

	 

	Those detained were taken to Izmir TEM Branch Directorate in Çankaya. No information could be obtained regarding the reasons for detention. It was learned that there was a 24-hour lawyer restriction within the scope of the investigation.

	 

	Searches continue in the raided institutions.
