NEWS CENTER - Stating that Turkey and the paramilitary forces it supports are waging a psychological war regarding the attacks on Northern and Eastern Syria, SDF Spokesperson Ferhad Shami said: "Invading Turkey will forcibly send a large number of refugees to Syrian territory in the coming hours."
Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) Press and Liaison Center Manager Ferhad Shami released a statement from his social media account regarding the attacks of Turkey and the paramilitary forces it supports against Northern and Eastern Syria. Last night, it was announced that an operation would be carried out from mosques in some villages close to the border in Karkamış district, on the border of Antep and North East Syria. Making a statement after the announcements were shared on the social media, Shamî said: “Until now, there has been no military change of any invading Turkish army on the Turkish border from either side of the border. Invading Turkey will forcibly send large numbers of refugees to Syrian territory in the coming hours. We are defending our lands against invading attacks and we are ready to give the necessary response to all moves. The invaders and gangs are trying to create a perception with the media within the framework of psychological war. The SDF Press Office shares all the events with the public in a realistic way.”
In addition, Antep Governor Davut Gül shared on his social media account about the announcements made from mosques and stated that an investigation was launched against the officials who made the announcement.
