Journalist Hüseyin Aykol's treatment continues at Sincan Training and Research Hospital, where he was taken after suffering a brain haemorrhage at his home in Ankara on 14 October. Aykol, who has suffered three brain haemorrhages, is still being treated in the intensive care unit. His doctors stated that they will continue treatment with new antibiotics due to his elevated liver values. 

 

It has been reported that Aykol's condition is stable.
