People take to the streets in Turkey and Bakûr for Rojava

NEWS CENTER – Thousands took to the streets in Turkey and Bakûr (North Kurdistan) against HTS's attacks on Rojava. Statements emphasised that the struggle for Rojava would continue. 

As the attacks on Rojava by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), ISIS and Turkey-backed groups continue, the people continue to show solidarity with Rojava. Since the attacks began, people in Turkey and Bakûr Kurdistan (North Kurdistan) have continued their protests in the streets. 
 
 
Women, young people and children also took part in the demonstrations, chanting slogans such as "Bijî berxwedana Rojava (Long live the resistance of Rojava)", "Şehîd namirin (Martyrs never die)" and "Jin, jiyan, azadî (Women, life, freedom)".
 
 
Protests took place in the following cities: Wan (Van), Colemêrg (Hakkari), Agirî (Ağrı), Amed (Diyarbakır), Erzirom (Erzurum), Êlih (Batman), Qoser (Kızıltepe) district of Mêrdîn (Mardin).
