NEWS CENTER – Footage has emerged showing vehicles belonging to citizens forced to flee due to attacks in Syria being stolen by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) members and transported out of the region by lorry.

Following the 29 January agreement that halted the attacks by HTS, ISIS and Turkey, which began in Aleppo and continued in Rojava, these groups continue to seize citizens’ property.

While HTS, ISIS and Turkey-backed paramilitary groups were expected to withdraw from the areas they occupied to areas specified in the agreement, new footage has emerged showing these groups stealing citizens’ property before the withdrawal.

The footage shows armed groups stealing vehicles left behind by citizens who were forced to flee their villages for Kobanê (Kobani) when the attacks began. The footage shows armed groups entering villages near Kobanê loading citizens’ agricultural and passenger vehicles onto lorries and transporting them to Qerekozax.
