The commemoration took place at the district office of the Peoples’ Equality and Democracy (DEM) Party and was attended by many participants. During the event, a documentary screening was shown focusing on the lives of leading PKK cadres and their resistance in the struggle for freedom. 

 

Speaking at the gathering, MEBYA-DER Co-chair Ramazan Dengiz said that the present day had been reached through great sacrifices and struggle, and commemorated those who lost their lives.
