Ferit Şenyaşar demands to know who the gunman was 2021-09-16 15:36:53   URFA - Drawing attention to the fact that the person appearing with a Kalashnikov in his hand in the surveillence video of the armed attack against his family, Ferit Şenyaşar underlined that this person was not mentioned in the indictment and demanded to know who he is.   The sit in Şenyaşar family refers to as the 'Justice Watch' started by Emine Şenyaşar who lost her husband and two sons in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız and Ferit Şenyaşar who survived the attack wounded is on its 192nd day today. The family arrived at the court house early and started the sit in for the day.   Drawing attention to the surveillence video obtained my Mesopotamia Agency (MA) yesterday, Şenyaşar said: "There is a video footage of a gunman carrying a Kalashnikov, approaching to my father. This person was not included in the indictment. Who is this person coming to our shop with a Kalashnikov in his hand?"   Reminding that they have been staging a sit in for the last 192 days, Şenyaşar said: "My mother have been sitting here wailing for our dead family members. We have been fighting for justice for the last 192 days. Our family members were killed in a state hospital full of surveillence cameras. No one has been arrested so far. The prosecutor refuses to see us. The whole country is watching this unlawfulness. Why is the Minister of Justice remains silent in the face of this injustice?    DEMAND FOR A FAIR TRIAL   Defining the ordeal they have gone through as a stain on Turkey, Şenyaşar said: "My mother have been crying here for more than 6 months because my brother was arrested unlawfully. He was trying to defend himself and his family. She just want him to have a fair trial and come back home so that she can go back home as well. If you can not do that, resign. We will not let you occupy that office."   The family shared the following from their Twitter account: ""The biggest injustice is not being fair and pretending to be fair. The prosecutors have been doing this for the last three years. We will destroy this injustice, with justice."
