	ANKARA - The Constitutional Court rejected HDP's request for the closure case to be postponed until after the election.

	&nbsp;

	The Constitutional Court (AYM) discussed the applications made by the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) within the scope of the closure case, and rejected it by a majority of votes. HDP requested additional time for the closure case to be left until after the election and for the defense regarding the blocking decision.

	&nbsp;

	While the Constitutional Court rejected the request to leave the case until after the election, it gave 15 days for the request for additional time.

	&nbsp;

	In addition, the Constitutional Court decided on March 14 for the HDP to make its defense on the merits.
