After completing 30 years of his sentence, Güllü was not released due to a 1-year sentence due to his behavior at the State Security Court. After this sentence expired, his sentence was postponed for another 3 months due to the answers he gave to the questions asked in the meeting with the Tokat Prison delegation. Güllü was released on March 29 after a 3-month delay.   Güllü, who went to prison at the age of 22, got out of prison at the age of 53. Güllü struggled with diseases such as diabetes and hypertension during his prison time. While being greeted by his relatives in front of Güllü Prison, he stated that there are still many prisoners in the prison, and that he experienced a bittersweet joy.
