	ŞIRNEX - Housing Development Administration (TOKİ), which started to plunder nature in Qelaçkê and Bûlbûlê regions in İsmetpaşa neighbourhood of Şirnex (Şırnak) centre, is building one thousand 520 houses in the same regions.&nbsp;

	In Şirnex, TOKİ has started construction of one thousand 520 houses in Qelaçkê and Bûlbûlê areas in İsmetpaşa neighbourhood of the city centre. TOKİ will build one thousand 520 houses, 463 of which will be off-stage and one thousand 57 of which will be social houses, on 24 thousand 12 hectares of treasury land. The area where the houses are built is 3 kilometres from the centre.&nbsp;

	NATURE IS BEING PLUNDERED

	&nbsp;

	Nature is being pillaged in the ground levelling works for housing. While tens of excavators are shaving the hills in Qelaçkê and Bûlbûlê regions, many trees are uprooted and transported to different places by trucks.&nbsp;

	The tender of the houses in question was awarded to Egemen İnşaat Ve Tic. A.ş. and Fitaş Emlak İnş. En. Nak. San. And Tic. A.Ş. as a joint venture. The tender price was determined as 4 billion 164 million TL. One thousand 520 houses, a commercial centre with 7 shops, a primary school with 24 classrooms, a condolence house and a mosque, infrastructure and landscaping works will be constructed in the area in question. A total of 94 blocks will be built.&nbsp;
