New data from HRANA: 52,000 people detained

NEWS CENTER - According to new data from HRANA, approximately 52,000 people have been detained in protests in Iran and Rojhilat to date.
 
The Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) has shared new data on the arrest, killing and injury of protesters. 
 
Since 28 December 2025, at least 6,964 people have been killed, 51,790 people have been detained and 11,022 people have been injured. Among those killed were 212 children.
 
It was also reported that 11,051 people were summoned for questioning by Iranian security forces. It was reported that 331 protesters who were summoned for questioning were tortured, forced to confess and had their confessions published.
