Detainee exchange between SDF and Damascus

NEWS CENTER – Under the agreement reached on 29 January between the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and the Syrian Transitional Government, prisoners were released on a reciprocal basis.   
 
The third prisoner exchange took place between the SFD and the Syrian Transitional Government. A group of 300 prisoners belonging to SDF and Women Defence Unit (YPJ) forces entered Hesekê (Hasakah).   
 
Prisoners were released by both the SDF and the Syrian Transitional Government.
