URFA - Speaking on the 637th day of the Justice Watch, Ferit Şenyaşar said, "Those who aspire to power will not be able to go out in public and look the people in the eye without seeing my mother."

The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached day 637. The sit-in was launched on March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Pirsûs (Suruç) province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018.

Ferit Şenyaşar, who continues the sit-in in front of the courthouse with his mother, said, “Our sit-in for justice has been going on for 637 days. President Erdoğan came to Urfa, but although he was aware of our sit-in, he did not make a positive or negative statement about it. Those who aspire to govern the country must see this mother's struggle. My mother's demand is justice. The whole universe is founded on justice. We will not leave here until justice is served. Those who aspire to power will not be able to go out in public without seeing this mother."
