NEWS CENTER - Hasakah Governor Nureddin Ahmed and international organizations discussed the return of residents of Serêkaniyê.

 

Hasakah Governor Nureddin Ahmed met with representatives of international organizations, Mustafa Abdê, a member of the Presidential Committee for the January 29 Agreement, and officials from relevant institutions. The meeting, held at the governor’s office, focused on the return of Serêkaniyê residents, the provision of basic services and infrastructure development.

 

The meeting also addressed the return of displaced Serêkaniyê residents to their homes, the current state of infrastructure and basic services in the city and surrounding areas, and efforts to improve them. Officials said the discussions also covered measures to ensure the safe return of displaced residents to their areas of origin.
