ANKARA - The parliamentary Justice Commission has begun considering the framework bill, titled “Law on Strengthening National Solidarity and Social Integration,” with opening remarks by Commission Chair Cüneyt Yüksel.

 

The parliamentary Justice Commission has began deliberations on the "Law on Strengthening National Solidarity and Social Integration," a framework bill prepared as part of the Peace and Democratic Society Process and submitted to Parliament on August 5 with the signatures of 360 lawmakers.

 

The session opened to strong media interest and was attended by commission members from across the political spectrum. The meeting opened with remarks by Justice Commission Chair Cüneyt Yüksel and will continue with a presentation of the bill, followed by statements from political parties speaking in support of the proposal.
