İZMİR - Police in İzmir erased the camera records after taking all the footage at and around the building HDP İzmir Office is located.
It has been learned that all the camera recordings of Onur Gencer, who attacked the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Provincial Organization with a gun yesterday morning and murdered party employee and member Deniz Poyraz were confiscated by the police and the footage of the security cameras of the surrounding buildings were erased.

Speaking to our agency, shopkeepers working around the scene told that police came early this morning, took a week's worth of camera records and formatted the cameras.
The shopkeepers said the police did not offer any legal justification for siezing and erasing the camera records.
