Evidence for "being a member of the terrorist organization" produced

İZMİR - In the lawsuit filed against 6 women with the allegation of "being a member in a terrorist organization" in Izmir, the phone calls "Hello, how are you?" The use of the phrase was considered as an organizational activity and was considered a crime.
 
Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Central Executive Board (MYK) Member İdil Uğurlu, Peace Mother Behiye Yalçın, Selma Demir, Ayşe Merva Aytemur, Hayat İzgi and Newroz Çelik, who were detained during house raids in İzmir on March 22 were arrested on the grounds of "being a member of a terrorist organization" in the courthouse where they were transferred.
 
İzmir Chief Public Prosecutor's Office completed the investigation it conducted against 6 people and prepared an indictment. The indictment was accepted by the İzmir 20th High Criminal Court, where it was presented, and the hearing date was set for June 8. 10 pages of the 50-page indictment contain information about the PKK, KJK and TJA. In the indictment, the accusations are based on the statements of Buse Arslan, an open and anonymous witness named "nine", and actions and activities attended by women.
 
EXPLANATIONS AND MEETINGS CONSIDERED EVIDENCE
 
In the indictment, HDP General Congress, Struggle Against Torture and Solidarity with Tortured Day statement against the arrest of HDP MP Semra Güzel, release request of seriously ill imprisoned Kurdish politician Aysel Tuğluk, statement by İzmir Labor and Democracy Forces against the hikes, İHD' 's request for the release of sick prisoners, reaction to the massacres committed by ISIS in Shengal and Suruç, the call for the Feminist Night March for March 8 International Women's Day, press statements by the İzmir Women's Platform against violence against women and ecological pillage, and Newroz rallies accusation was made.
 
Again, participation in HDP's Aegean Region conference, HDP's public meetings, Adalet Watch and KESK İzmir Branches Platform's Justice Watch were cited as crimes. In the indictment regarding the actions and events attended by women, there are reports containing HTS data of GSM lines.
 
'HELLO HOW ARE YOU?' IT'S A CRIME
 
In the indictment, there are tapes of the phone calls made by the women, and "Hello, how are you?" The statement was made the subject of accusation. In the indictment, the following assessment was made: "Hello, how are you? It is understood that he implicitly conveyed the request for an organizational meeting on behalf of 'the terrorist organization' with the person who was considered to have the organizational contact with the discourse."
 
PRISON SENTENCE IS REQUESTED
 
In the indictment, sentences of 7 and a half years to 15 years are sought for İdil Uğurlu, Behiye Yalçın, Selma Demir, Hayat İzgi, Ayşe Merva Aytemür and Newroz Çelik on the grounds of "being a member of a terrorist organization".
