According to the unofficial results of the second round elections, where violations and irregularities peaked, the candidate of the People's Alliance, who was elected as the 13th President, made a "balcony" speech from the Presidential Palace in Beştepe. Taking the balcony with the People's Alliance parties, Erdoğan gave the message that he would continue to interfere with the judiciary by targeting the opposition.

Targeting the Nation Alliance, Erdoğan said: “In 2018, the number of deputies of the CHP was 146. In 2023, the number of MPs is 169. As you can see, there is an increase. However, there are MPs for hire here. 40 rented MPs... He gave 40 rented MPs to parties that received 1 percent of the vote. The number fell to 129”.

 

Recalling the video, which he admitted to be a montage, Erdoğan said: “You can take the people in Kandil and say 'come on' with a video shoot, but these folks can't swallow it. 17 MPs have fallen."

Again targeting the former Co-Chair of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), Selahattin Demirtaş, Erdoğan said: "You cannot bring Selo out as you wish. It is not possible for such a thing to happen in our government. In our power, justice is the basis of property! This cannot be changed."
