ŞIRNEX - Beytüşşebap District Governor Kemal Ulkü went from house to house and distributed aid with Sevilay Ataman, the daughter-in-law of AKP mayoral candidate Kamil Dürmüş and the head of the AKP women's branch, before the election.

In addition to the AKP government resorting to all kinds of fraud, especially on non-voters, and using all the state's resources to support party candidates before the March 31 Local Elections, public officials have also mobilized for AKP candidates.

In the Elkê (Beytüşşebap) district of Şirnex, where AKP won the municipality with mobile voters in the 2019 local elections, the election campaign of AKP Mayoral Candidate Kamil Dürmüş is carried out by the Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation (SYDV) within the District Governorate.

AKP candidate Kamil Dürmüş came to the fore by trying to put pressure on the tribes that had not voted for him before. Companies belonging to Kamil Dürmüş's family, which receives all tenders of official institutions in the district due to its closeness to the government, are awarded road tenders, especially for barricades, barriers and police stations. Durmuş uses his influence on official institutions for local elections.

In recent weeks, employees of the Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation affiliated with the District Governorship, along with AKP District Women's Branch President Sevilay Ataman, AKP municipal council member Seyran Adıyaman and AKP candidate Kamil Dürmüş's daughter-in-law, started to go from house to house and distribute aid.

THEY WEAR FOUNDATION APRONES AND DISTRIBUTED AID

Photos of the moments when AKP Women's Branch President Ataman and AKP member Dürmüş's daughter-in-law wore vests belonging to the foundation and participated in the aid distribution, although they have no connection with the foundation, were shared on the official virtual accounts of the District Governorate.

THE DISTRICT GOVERNOR ALSO PARTICIPATED

District Governor Kemal Ulkü and Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation Director Ali Uçar personally took part in one of these aid distribution activities. Next to District Governor Ulkü and Foundation Director Uçar, Ataman, the head of the AKP Women's Branch, and the daughter-in-law of AKP member Dürmüş were lined up.

In the post made from the official X account of the district governorship, the following statements were included: “Our district governor, Mr. Kemal Ulkü, together with SYDV M. Mr. Ali Uçar, continue to visit our citizens at their homes. Our District Governor, Mr. Kemal Ulkü, chatted with the residents during the visits and also listened to the needs and demands of our citizens.”
