According to data released by the Human Rights Organizations in Iran, 427 people, including 25 women, have been executed in Iran and Rojhilat since the beginning of the year. Last year (2023), 834 people were executed in Iran. It was stated that the highest number of executions in the last 14 years took place in 2015 with 972 people, and those executed were those arrested for political activities. 

 

Last week, the organization announced the execution of a Kurdish citizen named Mustafa Fashi from Kirmashan, who had been in prison for 18 months.
