The solution of the Kurdish issue and Mr Öcalan's paradigm have been discussed in Turkey for days. We discussed together what needs to be done to change the century-old system. If isolation is on the agenda, this is the success of our people who did not give up the struggle," said Çiğdem Kılıçgün Uçar and added: "In the road map of the current government, there was a claim to eliminate the Kurdish reality and create a submissive people. The point we have reached is obvious. The struggle of the peoples won, not the 'collapse plan'."
RESISTANCE WILL CONTINUE
Speaking afterwards, DBP Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır drew attention to the actions and events they organised in 2024. Underlining that they will continue their struggle and resistance until Abdullah Öcalan's freedom is ensured, "We bow to the struggle of the Kurdish people. Despite all the difficult conditions and circumstances, we started this move in 2024 despite all the difficulties. At the end of 2024, the messages of Mr Abdullah Öcalan are being discussed. But we want to underline one thing. The Kurdish people's leader said that the isolation of Mr Ömer Öcalan continues. This is a warning to us, this is a justification for struggle. As long as the Kurdish issue is not solved under the leadership of Mr Öcalan, struggle and resistance are everywhere for us," said Bayındır.
Referring to the discussions on the Kurdish issue, Bayındır continued as follows: "None of our friends should be confused. Our engagement is the Kurdish People's Leader Mr Abdullah Öcalan. Apart from that, no speeches with manipulations on television are worth anything. We will be after Mr Öcalan, after our mothers, after our heroic youth. The conditions for freedom have been created in Kurdistan. Patriotism has emerged in the Middle East. As patriots, we call out to all the forces of Kurdistan; the Kurdish people will ensure their gains, status and unity. This is the time for unity, alliance and negotiations. Let's show our friends and enemies the alliance that the mothers in Kurdistan have been longing for years and the Kurds have been longing for years. Let us reach freedom. We will continue our struggle until success and freedom. Either success, either success, either success..."
